Empowerment of Users through Privacy

My research interest lies in the cross-section of smart cities, smart buildings, and the privacy of people —with a particular focus on the inferences about users from the smart environment’s data streams.

I seek to integrate human-centric principles into the design of infrastructure systems. Through these principles, I hope to empower users in their relationship with technology and data.

The projects are often intersciplinary collaborations, which are pivotal in addressing many critical research questions. Feel free to reach out if you are interested in collaborating.
